The Cisco Scale Hub is an intensive 6-month startup program at STATION F, designed for startups with a working MVP and demonstrable technology aiming to scale in the enterprise market.

As AI systems move beyond stand-alone models, the challenge is no longer just about intelligence — but about how agents connect, interact, and operate together reliably.

The program supports companies addressing key challenges such as scalability, security, interoperability, and real-world deployment.

Program’s details - What is the program about?

• A 6-month acceleration program based at Station F, designed for start-ups working on A.I agents based systems.
  • Access to Cisco global innovation & G-T-M networks composed of technical experts, extensive salesforce & deep partner ecosystems in more than 100 countries.
  • Leveraging a mature framework to quickly build co-innovation with Cisco, Cisco partners and Cisco customers including innovation design processes, project fundings & regulation expertise.
• 3 steps innovation approach :
  • Month 1-2 : Tech & business discovery workshops
  • Month 3-4 : Architecture & G-T-M design
  • Months 5-6 : PoCs & PoVs, Demo days, Meet Ups
• A cohort of 10 startups per batch

The deal? No fees required at entry and equity free

Application process - How can you embark on this journey, and what’s the timeline?

• Initial review based on the information provided by the startup. </aside>

• Shortlisted startups may be invited to further discussions
• Selection conducted jointly with Cisco and STATION F </aside>

Eligibility Criteria - What kinds of companies are the perfect fit for our program?

• Project : The program is dedicated to start-ups building multi-agent-based systems, Al infrastructure, or closely related technologies
• Maturity : Early stage is fine but technology must be testable (not ppt only). Joint PoV with customers is possible. Companies willing to expand globally will get the most from the program.
• Technology openness : Willingness to build on different types of infrastructure (Cloud, On-Prem) and open-source technologies (f.e: AGNTCY framework: https://agntcy.org) is a plus
• Skills : Founding teams with the technical capacity to engage on architecture design and IT infrastructure discussions.
• Presence : 2-3 days of physical presence @Station F and availability for 1-2 hour workshops per week with Cisco teams. </aside>
